Welcome, I’m so glad you stopped by! My name is Amy, and I am a home-schooling stay at home mom of 4 kids, 6 and under! I live in beautiful Whitehorse Yukon, Canada. I love the outdoors-getting out for a hike, walking, exploring with my family.
I also love meeting and connecting with other women and moms. I have a passion to share what goes on in my world and the things I’m learning as a mom-what works, what doesn’t, and the wonderful chaos in between!
On my page I do share my fitness journey of getting back in shape to keep up with my kids here. I love encouraging women and inspiring them to go for their dreams, to hang on to hope and helping in any ways that I can! I am currently researching certification for Personal Training and Sports and Fitness Nutrition so that I can expand my horizon in coaching women to reach their personal goals.
I believe that we’re all the greatest versions of ourself, and we’re all on a journey to create the most amazing world around us and our families! Our greatest superpower is that we are each unique and there is no one else in the world like us! We need to choose to embrace ourselves and always strive towards growth and embrace who we are, how we’re wired and where we’re going!
I am a Christian mom and I love seeing the heart of God coming alive in others and encouraging them to press in and keep digging in His goodness! I don’t want to make people feel uncomfortable with my beliefs-if you don’t believe in God, that is ok too! I’d rather encourage you where you’re at than make you feel uncomfortable, but I do share bits and pieces of my faith! I believe we’ve all been put on this earth with purpose and if you have questions about faith or my story, please don’t hesitate to ask!! You can contact me here.
My biggest hope is that if you came across my blog you can be inspired, encouraged, or relieved that you aren’t the only one pushing through being a superhero in your own world! 🙂 Let the fire inside you burn bigger than the fire around you!
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
